Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to deliver high-quality 3D printed products. If you experience an issue with your order, we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

2. Standard Products

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Product damaged during shipping.
• Product significantly different from the ordered item.

3. Custom 3D Printed Products

Every custom product is manufactured specifically for an individual customer.

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

• Incorrect product was manufactured.
• Product arrived damaged.
• Manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Notify us within 48 hours.
2. Share clear photos of the product.
3. Include packaging images.
4. Provide your order number.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before production starts.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after printing begins.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error made by MLab3D Studio, we will bear the shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed products.
• Personalized products.
• Downloaded digital files.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products modified after delivery.
