We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• GST or applicable taxes may be added where required.

5. Payments

Payment must be completed before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on production time, order quantity and courier availability.

• Dispatch updates are shared with customers.
• Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.
• Incorrect addresses may delay delivery.

7. Custom Orders

Custom 3D printed products are manufactured specifically for individual customers.

• Customers must verify dimensions before approval.
• Uploaded STL/OBJ files remain customer responsibility.
• Prototype approvals cannot be reversed after production.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, graphics, product photos, and designs are the property of MLab3D Studio.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

MLab3D Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
